About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Transactions Specialist to join our team at BruntWork.

This is a part-time position, requiring less than 35 paid hours per week, with a flexible schedule during the client's business hours, 9am-5pm US Eastern Time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately record and post daily financial transactions.
  • Generate, send, and follow up on invoices.
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Maintain a systematic record of financial documents.
  • Process accounts receivable and payable, and handle payroll efficiently.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to prepare for audits and financial reviews.
Requirements
  • Proven bookkeeping experience with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software, specifically Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and procedures.
