Position Overview

The Financial Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the financial activities within the organization. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training: Instruct staff on their responsibilities and company policies.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive financial reports.
  • Transaction Accuracy: Verify the precision of all financial transactions.
  • Work Coordination: Organize, assign, and evaluate the work of team members.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Facilitate activities with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Scheduling: Develop work schedules and establish efficient procedures.
Qualifications

Education: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience: Candidates should have 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.

Employment Type: This is a permanent position.

Language Requirement: Proficiency in English is necessary.

Work Hours: The role requires a commitment of 30 to 40 hours per week.
