Field Case Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Field Case Manager to join our team at Innomar Strategies. As a Field Case Manager, you will play a critical role in managing physician relationships, educating healthcare professionals on our programs, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with physicians and their staff to ensure seamless program implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Provide education and training to healthcare professionals on our programs, services, and policies to ensure accurate and efficient reimbursement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance customer experience.
- Manage and analyze data to identify trends and areas for growth, and develop strategies to address these opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, hospital administrators, and other healthcare professionals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure compliance and optimal program performance.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in areas such as medical terminology, reimbursement policies, and customer service.
Requirements
- Registered nurse (RN) or related degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting.
- Proven track record of success in customer-facing roles, with a strong focus on relationship-building and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including physicians, hospital administrators, and other healthcare professionals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
