Store Manager

Harmi Enterprises is seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our retail operations team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze customer behavior, and develop strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Operational Efficiency: Implement efficient store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Marketing and Promotions: Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales, promote products, and enhance brand awareness.
- Financial Management: Manage store budgets, monitor sales and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize profitability.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, train, and develop sales associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Experience: 5 years or more in a retail management role.
- Education: College or CEGEP diploma.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 25 pounds.
