Key Responsibilities- Quality IT Process Improvement: Plan, standardize, and implement improvements to Quality IT tools and processes across all Bombardier sites.
- Communication and Change Management: Develop communication, change management, and risk mitigation plans based on a thorough understanding of site differences.
- Metrics and Control Systems: Define metrics and control systems to facilitate sustaining initiatives, decision-making, and action.
- Workshop Planning and Execution: Plan and lead workshops, map processes, generate training materials, and support sessions.
- Coaching and Stakeholder Management: Act as a coach to management and stakeholders to encourage the adoption and maintenance of best practices.
- Issue Ownership and Follow-up: Ensure ownership and follow-up of issues by stakeholders.
- Progress and Performance Reporting: Plan and lead weekly meetings to present progress and performance to management.
We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a degree and at least eight years of experience in engineering, operations management, or a relevant field. You should have a background in project management, especially in the deployment of IT tools, and experience in the rail industry or a highly regulated field is an asset.
You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify and synthesize complex information for various audiences. You should be able to work autonomously and rigorously, both remotely and in the office, and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
You should have a talent for creating partnerships and developing business relationships, and be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and have good skills in developing dashboards (e.g., Microsoft Power BI). Fluency in English and French is required, with Spanish being an asset.
