KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage packing and shipping operations
  • Generate shipping documentation utilizing carrier-provided systems
  • Understand international shipping regulations and possess practical knowledge of packing and shipping techniques, including vacuum sealing, palletizing, and strapping
  • Proficient in using UPS Worldship, FedEx Ship Manager, and DHL for both domestic and international shipments
  • Familiarity with AES direct is advantageous
  • Retrieve kits from the stockroom and assist with inventory transactions, including receiving and shipping processes

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
  • Strong attention to detail is essential
  • Capability to lift heavy equipment
  • Proficient in reading, comprehending, and following written instructions
  • Ability to understand and follow verbal directions
  • Compliance with strict ESD and cleanroom protocols is required
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus
