Job Summary

A career at Resilience offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the biomanufacturing revolution. As a Maintenance Technician IV, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform complex fabrication, installation, operation, maintenance, calibration, and monitoring of plant, laboratory, and production equipment and controls.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to SOPs, GMP, and Environmental, Health and Safety guidelines and local codes.
  • Monitor and respond to system failures, alarms, and abnormal site conditions by taking appropriate preventive and corrective actions.
  • Troubleshoot using diagnostic tools and standard equipment to isolate malfunctions and effect corrective actions.
  • Perform preventive, corrective maintenance tasks and set-up activities on a wide variety of GMP and non-GMP production and facilities equipment.
Requirements
  • Experience in process equipment and building services.
  • Good organization and communication skills.
  • Troubleshooting skills using architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings, and P&IDs.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Positive and flexible mindset to react to demanding situations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School plus some formal technical education and trade Certificate of Qualification or Technologist Diploma at community college level.
  • Industrial Electrician (442A) certification.
  • Experience in trouble shooting and maintaining water treatment, AHU, and refrigeration systems.
  • Experience with bio-pharmaceutical equipment is an asset.
  • Experience in a cGMP environment is an asset.

Our target base pay hiring range for this position is $26.00 - $40.50 per hour. Actual base pay is dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's geographical location, relevant experience, qualifications, skills, and knowledge.
