Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at White Spot Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff
Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
Train and Develop StaffTrain and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
Estimate and Manage InventoryEstimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and ensure efficient operations.
Quality Control and Customer ServiceEnsure that food and service meet quality control standards and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Administrative TasksMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and establish work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements- Education and Experience
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
Work EnvironmentFast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality service.
Personal QualitiesClient focus, flexibility, and a team player attitude are essential for success in this role.
