Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At Choice Pizza Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Planning and Organization: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Supervision: Supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, and maintain a team of 3-4 people.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience, or equivalent experience

Work Environment:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Permanent position
  • Work Language: English
