Primary Responsibilities

  • Safeguard the corporation's assets by monitoring all operations and gaming activities within the facility.
  • Supervise investigations into significant incidents such as unauthorized access, criminal activities on premises, and integrity breaches.
  • Address escalated patron issues and critical incidents, including fire alarms and evacuation protocols, strictly following departmental policies.
  • Ensure that records and files (e.g., key logs, visitor passes) are maintained in accordance with Security Department standards.
  • Oversee training initiatives for supervisors and staff, ensuring they receive necessary technical and customer service training.
  • Manage departmental scheduling, time-off requests, payroll accuracy, and attendance oversight. Support the Department Manager in budget administration by monitoring overtime and operational expenses.
  • Maintain a clean and secure work environment, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and identifying any unsafe practices.

Qualifications

  • College diploma or equivalent in Law and Security, Criminology, or a related discipline.
  • Completion of a management training program is mandatory.
  • A minimum of three years of managerial experience in gaming or a related sector.
  • First Aid and CPR certification is required.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
