The chosen candidate will be required to travel throughout the Cape Breton Region as part of their duties.
Responsibilities as an Assistant Store Leader:
Engage in self-directed learning through online courses and practical training, focusing on People, leadership, financial management, customer experience, and operational excellence. Anticipate customer needs and prioritize them in all your actions. Inspire, coach, and empower team members to achieve success and promote colleague development. Participate in community initiatives to establish lasting relationships with the local community. Commit to upholding merchandising and operational standards while being accountable for financial targets. Oversee the daily operations of the store. Provide insights to the District Manager to help shape business strategies. Continuously monitor industry trends and propose innovative ideas.Qualifications:
Outstanding customer service abilities and a knack for fostering customer loyalty and community connections. Proven capability to enhance productivity, engagement, and retention. Experience in managing overall store operations within the grocery sector. Strong financial insight to achieve exceptional business outcomes. Dedication to delivering consistent results on a daily basis.
