Job Title: Management Supervisor

Coyote T-shirts Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Management Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our business, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our sales and marketing strategies are effective.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of 5-10 people to achieve business objectives
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies
  • Locate and procure merchandise for resale, and develop marketing strategies
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, and determine staffing requirements
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages, and recruit and supervise staff
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Adaptability, efficiency, and goal-oriented
