We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at PJ Pizza Management Inc. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our food service operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Supervise and Coordinate Food Service StaffSupervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting our high standards.
Train and Develop StaffTrain and develop our food service staff in their job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and other essential skills to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service to our customers.
Manage Inventory and SuppliesEstimate and manage the inventory and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our customers' needs.
Recruit and Hire StaffRecruit and hire qualified food service staff to join our team, ensuring that we have the right people in place to deliver exceptional service.
Ensure Quality ControlEnsure that our food and service meet our high quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
Maintain Records and ReportsPrepare and submit reports on stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
Establish Work SchedulesEstablish and manage work schedules to ensure that our food service operations run smoothly and efficiently.
About YouWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a successful candidate, you will have:
- 2+ years of experience in a food service supervisory role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
