Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at PJ Pizza Management Inc. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Supervise and Coordinate Food Service StaffLead and direct the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support as needed.
Train and Develop StaffTrain staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
Inventory ManagementEstimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintaining accurate records of stock levels.
Staff ManagementRecruit, hire, and manage food service staff, ensuring the right people are in the right roles.
Quality ControlEnsure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Reporting and Record-KeepingPrepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other relevant metrics, maintaining accurate records of departmental activities.
Work SchedulingEstablish and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times.
Work Environment and Physical Demands- Fast-Paced Environment
