- Order and Maintain Inventory: Manage and maintain an accurate inventory of parts and supplies, ensuring that our team has the necessary resources to complete repairs efficiently.
- Adjust and Repair Equipment: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on our heavy trucks, including adjusting and replacing defective parts as needed.
- Test and Verify Repairs: Conduct thorough tests to ensure that all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and are of the highest quality.
- Perform Routine Maintenance: Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and performing other necessary work to ensure the optimal performance of our fleet.
This role requires a high level of physical fitness and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to stand for extended periods, lift heavy loads, and perform other physically demanding tasks.
Personal Qualities and Skills- Attention to Detail: You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to identify and diagnose faults and malfunctions accurately.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong oral communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with colleagues and management.
- Organizational Skills: You must be able to prioritize tasks, manage your time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Team Player: A strong team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A minimum of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- 1-2 Years of Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a related field is required.
