About the Role

Purdys Chocolatier is seeking a skilled Team Lead to join our Bramalea City Centre team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for leading by example and driving sales through exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales
  • Work closely with the Shop Management team to ensure all functions relating to merchandising, customer service, and general shop operations are performed efficiently and to company policies and guidelines
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment

Requirements
  • Previous leadership experience in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment
