We are seeking a skilled Merchandiser to join our dynamic team at Brand Momentum. As a Merchandiser, you will play a critical role in maximizing sales opportunities for our top-tier CPG client by managing product distribution, building and maintaining displays, and providing exceptional in-store support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute client retail priorities, including product distribution, display maintenance, and shelf detailing.
  • Build and leverage strong store management relationships to drive sales growth.
  • Provide regular merchandising support, including shelf maintenance, POG changes, and OOS correction.
  • Prepare and submit required reporting on a daily basis.
  • Offer feedback and insights to help drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Merchandising experience with a focus on Walmart and the grocery channel.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Able to maintain a professional demeanor with the public and store personnel.
  • Detail-oriented and extremely organized.
  • Good understanding and comfortability in using various reporting information and computer skills (Excel).
  • Flexibility to adjust to an ever-changing market environment.
  • Potential for overnight travel when necessary.
  • Ability to lift up to 15kgs and stand for several hours to complete in-store work.
