Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients attending a community health clinic
  • Organize and communicate the daily client schedule to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks, including swiping health cards and maintaining wait lists
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse clients and colleagues
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and service delivery
  • Basic computer skills, including experience with software applications and data entry
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including part-time and occasional overtime
