Job Summary:

Are you looking for a flexible part-time schedule that allows you to work while still having time for a busy life? We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to work throughout York Region, greeting clients as they arrive and ensuring the daily client schedule is organized and communicated with different workstations. This is a large project ensuring clients attending a community health clinic are greeted and serviced according to priority. This role requires double vaccination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients as they arrive and ensure the daily client schedule is organized and communicated with different workstations

• Swipe health cards and ensure the daily schedule and wait lists are followed

• Work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous customer service experience an asset

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
