Position Overview

The role of a Home-Based Childcare Provider involves nurturing and supervising children in a domestic environment. This position is essential for ensuring the well-being and development of young ones.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
Work Environment

This position is primarily set in the employer's home, providing a comfortable and familiar atmosphere for the children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with bathing, dressing, and feeding infants and children.
  • Guide children in personal hygiene and promote social development.
  • Organize engaging activities, including games and outings.
  • Prepare and serve healthy meals to children.
  • Facilitate rest periods for infants and children.
  • Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
  • Transport children to and from school and appointments.
  • Support the emotional well-being of children.
Target Audience

The ideal candidate will be adept at supervising and caring for a diverse group of children across various age ranges.

Physical Requirements

This role requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday.
