Job Summary

This position plays a critical role in the package center, serving as the primary point of contact for customers and coordinating administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and respond to telephone inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Take ownership of customer shipping needs and provide viable solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Operate and maintain all equipment, software, and devices, and train others on their proper use.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to lift 40+ pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
