Job Summary

HB Restaurant Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Food Service Staff: Lead and motivate a team of food service staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that our restaurant is adequately staffed during peak periods.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help our staff improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service to ensure that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
  • Manage Budget and Cost Estimates: Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates to ensure that our restaurant is operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns to ensure that our customers receive a positive experience.
  • Maintain Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure that our restaurant is operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit regular reports to management to ensure that our restaurant is meeting its goals and objectives.
Work Environment

As a Food Service Supervisor with HB Restaurant Inc., you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a team environment.
