BELFOR Restoration is seeking a highly skilled Large Loss Project Manager to lead our commercial restoration projects.
We are a dynamic team that values integrity, loyalty, and commitment to our customers. As a Large Loss Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all commercial large loss emergency and restoration related services provided by BELFOR Property Restoration.
Key Responsibilities:- Attend job sites to assess damage and provide data to create estimates.
- Communicate professionally with customers, subcontractors, consultants, and insurance company representatives to ensure scope of work is being followed.
- Prepare accurate quotations, job costing, and estimates.
- Strengthen relationships with customers through business development and accounts management.
- Coordinate and attend after-hours emergency jobs to ensure services are completed as required.
- Previous construction, restoration, or insurance experience is considered an asset.
- At least five years of project management experience, preferably in insurance restoration.
- At least two years of experience with large loss project management in residential and commercial restoration.
- Sales experience in related fields, including upgrades and changes to existing contracts.
- Intermediate computer and/or tablet/iPad experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, and Google Suite.
- Criminal Record Check.
