Job Title: Senior IT Project Manager for Large-Scale SharePoint Migration

Job Summary: Vantix Systems Inc is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead a large-scale migration project for SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint Online. The ideal candidate will have experience defining project scope and goals, developing project deliverables, and managing multiple projects concurrently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope and goals in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Develop project deliverables including project charters, business cases, briefing notes, status reports, risk logs, and project closures.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Work as a Project Manager on a large complex custom software application development project in a large and complex environment.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience defining project scope and goals in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • 8+ years of experience developing project deliverables including project charters, business cases, briefing notes, status reports, risk logs, and project closures.
  • 8+ years of experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • 6+ years of experience working as a Project Manager on a large complex custom software application development project in a large and complex environment.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience conducting, facilitating, and interpreting impact and risk assessments across multiple scenarios.
  • Experience creating and managing project forecasts in Microsoft Project.
  • Experience developing and maintaining positive relationships across the organization.
  • Experience in project coordination of information management/information technology initiatives.
  • Experience leading and facilitating meetings with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience leading change management and communication planning.
  • Experience leading custom software application development projects following a formal project life cycle methodology.
  • Experience working on Enterprise Content Management systems.
