Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Development: Create new recipes and menus to meet customer demands and preferences.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of bakers to ensure efficient production and high-quality products.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Quality Control: Inspect products to ensure they meet established standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a baking or pastry-related field.
  • Skills: Excellent baking skills, leadership abilities, and attention to detail.
