Job Summary
Pete's Frootique is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable/General Accounting Clerk to provide financial support to our retail and wholesale locations. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, processing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable, including processing payments, collecting outstanding accounts, and reconciling customer accounts.
- Process credit applications, issue credit notes, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Provide backup support for inventory administration and ad-hoc reporting as needed.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure financial performance.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and follow-through skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
