This role involves collaborating closely with the Head Waiter and fellow service personnel. The primary duties encompass welcoming patrons, delivering meals, ensuring guest satisfaction, and facilitating the seamless operation of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the preparation of the dining area prior to service;
  • Promptly serving the dishes that have been ordered;
  • Supporting waitstaff in their responsibilities during service;
  • Clearing tables after meals are completed;
  • Refreshing beverages, ice, or other items as required;
  • Upholding cleanliness and organization of shared service areas;
  • Executing other related tasks as directed.

Qualifications

  • At least 6 months of experience in restaurant service is essential;
  • Fluency in both English and French is required;
  • Strong customer service and sales abilities;
  • Capacity to work effectively under pressure;
  • Professional demeanor and conduct (team-oriented, self-sufficient, energetic, good interpersonal skills, integrity, adaptability, organizational skills, initiative).
