Job Title: Clinical Trial Coordinator-Finance

At CCA Fortrea Canada Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Trial Coordinator-Finance to join our team. As a key member of our clinical trial team, you will be responsible for site payments and budget negotiations, ensuring seamless execution of our clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, negotiate, and maintain site-level budgets to ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Track and report site payments and budget negotiations updates to ensure start-up and maintenance deliverables are completed within agreed project timelines.
  • Collaborate with client project teams to establish strong working relationships and ensure effective communication.
  • Proactively engage in quality assurance and risk management activities to ensure payment deliverables are met.
  • Initiate improvements to enhance the efficiency and quality of the start-up/ongoing payment-work performed on assigned projects.
Requirements:
  • Completed job training or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Good understanding of Global, Country/Regional Clinical Research Guidelines and ability to work within these guidelines.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Good Documentation Practices and ICH-GCP.
  • Fluent in French and English (verbal and written) and excellent communication skills.
  • Good IT skills, including MS Office and clinical IT applications.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to work independently.
