- Work Order Management: Track and complete work orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Supply Chain Management: Monitor and manage the flow of supplies and materials, ensuring that our organization has the necessary resources to operate efficiently.
- Payroll and Timekeeping: Ensure the accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate the traffic flow of supplies and materials, ensuring that our organization's logistics operations run smoothly.
- Shipment Tracking: Keep track of shipments and ensure that they are delivered on time and in good condition.
- Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules and procedures to ensure that our operations run efficiently.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Language: English language proficiency.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
