We are seeking an Electrical Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring design compliance with guidelines, codes, regulations, and other reference documentation. They will also coordinate construction activities with subcontractors and clients, assist project managers in technical planning, and work closely with technical teams to coordinate engineering work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure design compliance with guidelines, codes, regulations, and other reference documentation;
  • Coordinate construction activities with subcontractors and clients;
  • Assist project managers in technical planning and coordination;
  • Work closely with technical teams to coordinate engineering work;
  • Evaluate electrical/controls systems, products, and components;
  • Report writing and equipment recommendation/selection;
  • Incorporate engineering changes into design;
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Registered member of EGBC as an asset;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Construction industry;
  • Experience in hydroelectricity and dams is considered an asset;
  • Strong computer skills with various software experience, including MS Office, BlueBeam, ACC, etc.

Skills and Attitudes Required:

  • Bilingualism, French and English, would be considered an asset;
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task;
  • Excellent communication skills;
