Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our guests.
- Chef Management: Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.
- Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of quality and presentation in all dishes served to our guests.
- Staff Development: Provide training and development opportunities to help our kitchen staff grow and succeed in their roles.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a high-volume kitchen environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
