Capital Markets and Securities Attorney

We are seeking a skilled and experienced attorney to join our Canadian capital markets and securities practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in securities laws and exchange rules, with experience in drafting prospectuses, filing statements, and other related documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and reviewing securities-related documents, including prospectuses and filing statements
  • Providing advice on securities laws and exchange rules
  • Assisting with mergers and acquisitions, reverse takeovers, and corporate restructurings
  • Representing clients in public offerings and qualifying transactions
  • Preparing documentation for related transactions, including capital alterations

Requirements:

  • Ontario Bar membership is required
  • Memberships in other Canadian jurisdictions are an asset
  • Recent deal sheet and resume required
