Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train customer service representatives to ensure they meet service volume and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives and performance metrics.
  • Manage purchasing and inventory activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Lead customer and supplier interactions, resolving issues and negotiating agreements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to performance appraisals and talent development initiatives.
  • Represent Wesco management in internal and external forums, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and shared values.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of customer service experience, with 1+ year of supervisory experience.
  • Proven purchasing and inventory management skills, with knowledge of industry concepts and practices.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to exercise judgment and assume leadership roles.
