Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Stonehenge Transport Ltd. as an Administrative Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Evaluate daily operations, supervise other workers, and train other workers to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
  • Administrative Support: Determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, and answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
  • Data Analysis: Oversee the analysis of employee data and information, compile data, statistics, and other information, and respond to employee questions and complaints.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory, and negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Work setting: Trucking company
  • Supervise 5-10 people
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
