Corporate Banking Services Specialist

Scotiabank is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Banking Services Specialist to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario. As a key member of our Business Banking Operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, providing proactive and responsive service to meet their banking needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of banking services and products.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with Scotiabank's policies and procedures.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on banking products and services, identifying opportunities to grow their business.
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services or a related industry.
- Proven customer service and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and banking systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
