We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Strategic Development Program as a Trainee. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with us, developing a wide range of skills and expertise.

Program Overview:

The Strategic Development Program is a comprehensive 5-phase program designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and experience needed to succeed in our industry. You will progress through a series of challenging and rewarding experiences, including:

  • Warehouse Logistics: Learn the products we sell, how they get from the vendor to the customer, and understand all levels of sales support.
  • Operations: Get involved in customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory and pricing controls, credit management, financial statements, and more.
  • Inside Sales/Project Management: Go from helping customers with various product and service issues to managing large-scale projects.
  • Outside Sales/Account Management: Learn how to find new business opportunities, sell our products, negotiate contracts, and build customer and vendor relationships.
  • Phase 5: In this final phase, you can take all of your training and determine your ideal career path.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A college and/or university degree
  • A positive attitude and results-oriented mindset
  • A desire to continuously learn and grow
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • A strong work ethic and high standard of integrity
  • The ability to work well independently and in a team setting
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, vendors, and teammates
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
