As a Corporate Travel Specialist, you represent our organization. You will engage with both existing and prospective clients, assisting them in making informed travel decisions to optimize their journeys. Are you a natural communicator with a passion for customer service? – Continue reading.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Research and finalize travel arrangements for clients.
  2. Possess a thorough understanding of client travel policies and consistently offer expert advice.
  3. Address all inquiries related to essential regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.).
  4. Provide clients with vital industry insights, including competitive fares, exchange rates, and potential penalties.
  5. Identify opportunities to enhance operational processes and client relationships, offering constructive feedback.
  6. Continuously engage with and expand your knowledge of the various travel sectors we support.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience as a travel consultant.
  2. Proficient in GDS Sabre.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  4. Strong familiarity with the travel industry, including its policies and procedures.
  5. Able to work Monday through Friday.
  6. Fluency in both English and French.
