Chief Financial Officer

Our client, a leading manufacturer of advanced ultrasound equipment, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their executive team and drive their financial strategy as they continue to grow and expand their global operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning to ensure the company's financial goals are met.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team based on financial analysis and projections.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, federal, and international regulations.
  • Manage cash flow, treasury, and working capital to optimize financial performance.
  • Oversee cost management, pricing strategies, and financial analysis.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient financial operations.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks to the organization.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate potential acquisition opportunities and lead due diligence processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior financial management role.
  • Strong understanding of international finance, including experience with US and German markets.
  • Proven track record of strategic financial planning and execution.
  • Proficient in financial software and ERP systems.
