Senior Associate Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a multi-year strategic business plan for the brand.
  2. Launch new products and build comprehensive go-to-market plans, including pricing and merchandising strategies.
  3. Craft marketing communications, claims, and impactful media connection plans with external agency partners.
  4. Uncover insights about the category, competitor, and retail customers that drive business recommendations.
  5. Set and ensure delivery of monthly and annual shipment and consumption analysis.
  6. Conduct consumer research to uncover insights that shape in-market activations.
  7. Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate team activities and attain short- and long-term sales and profit commitments.
  8. Lead the brand's P&L and make investment recommendations to drive profitable growth.
Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A minimum of a university degree in Marketing/Business or a related field.
  • Authorized to work in Canada without the need for sponsorship.
  • At least 18 months of previous brand management or relevant marketing experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Digital marketing experience is an asset.
