Job Summary

The Construction Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the construction process, including planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of construction workers, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to complete their tasks.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the highest quality standards, including adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Cost Management: Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring that projects are completed within budget.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed to their satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a construction-related role, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills, ability to work effectively with a team, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail.
Work Environment

The Construction Site Supervisor will work on construction sites, which may involve working at heights, in confined spaces, and in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety protocols.
