Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at GP Liquor Warehouse. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
- Office Administration: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: MS Word, MS Office, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
