Position Overview:

Employment Type: Part-Time Schedule: Flexibility is crucial. Availability for weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Compensation: $18.00/hour

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure thorough cleaning and sanitization of all dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. Organize and manage equipment, china, and plateware following late-night events. Wash all kitchenware and maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment. Keep all work areas and equipment organized and clean. Prepare and have personal protective equipment ready for use during shifts. Complete all assigned tasks to ensure a smooth transition for the morning team.

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs consistently throughout shifts. Minimum of 1 year of prior experience in hotel stewarding is required. Must have a flexible schedule, with availability for nights, weekdays, holidays, and weekends.
