Hotel Arts Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Overnight Steward to join our Food and Beverage team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all dishes, pots, pans, and equipment are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all dishes, pots, pans, and equipment are cleaned and sanitized
  • Receive and organize equipment, china, and plateware after late-night events
  • Wash all pots, pans, inserts, and clean kitchen equipment
  • Clean and organize all related work equipment and areas
  • Ensure proper PPE is ready for use during shifts
  • Finish all tasks to set up the morning team for success

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated communication skills
  • Able to lift up to 20 lbs consistently throughout shifts
  • 1+ years of previous hotel stewarding experience required
  • Flexible schedule essential, must be available to work nights, weekdays, holidays, and weekends
