Job Title: Overnight Steward

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Overnight Steward to join our Food and Beverage Department at Hotel Arts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our dining areas, kitchen, and storage facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, and equipment are cleaned and sanitized.
  • Receive and organize equipment, china, and plateware after late-night events.
  • Wash all pots, pans, inserts, and clean kitchen equipment.
  • Clean and organize all related work equipment and areas.
  • Ensure proper PPE is ready for use during shifts.
  • Finish all tasks to set up the morning team for success.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs consistently throughout shifts.
  • 1+ years of previous hotel stewarding experience required.
  • Flexible schedule is essential; must be available to work nights, weekdays, holidays, and weekends.
