Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At Mustard Garden, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing a high level of service and ensuring that they have a positive experience.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
