Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Keyholder to join our team at the Outlet Collection. As a Keyholder, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer feels comfortable, cared for, and confident.
  • Perform register functions, utilizing sales, promotions, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales.
  • Cover the sales floor, ensuring all visual standards are met and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Responsible for store opening and closing procedures, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing customer needs and maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends, as required.
