Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward individual to join our team as a Keyholder. As a Keyholder, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and ensuring visual standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages positive customer connections and loyalty
- Perform register functions while utilizing sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales
- Cover the sales floor and ensure all visual standards are met
- Responsible for store opening and closing procedures
Requirements
- 2 years of sales or customer service experience (an asset)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while creating an amazing customer experience
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Be at least 18 years of age
