About the Role:

Traffic Tech is a leading logistics partner to international brands, offering progressive solutions for moving freight by land, sea, and air. We are seeking a Senior Logistics Coordinator to join our Hamilton office in Ontario, responsible for coordinating and executing freight movements across North America and globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships
  • Negotiate with shippers and carriers
  • Monitor shipment tracking, pickup, and delivery
  • Prepare shipping documentation
  • Communicate effectively with clients and carriers
  • Perform minor accounting functions and data entry

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of logistics/transportation experience, preferably in a 3PL environment
  • Knowledge of cross-border US/Mexico/Canada transportation and booking
  • High School Diploma
  • Customer service experience
  • Problem resolution skills, detail-oriented, and high multi-tasking skills
  • Professional phone mannerisms
  • Outgoing personality, high energy, and flexibility

This is a full-time permanent position from Monday to Friday. Traffic Tech remains compliant with all federal and provincial COVID guidelines.
