Liquor Store Team Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Squires Four Cold Beer & Wine Store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Assign sales workers to duties, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal sales performance.
- Sales and Merchandising
- Sell merchandise to customers, promoting products and services to meet sales targets.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Inventory and Logistics
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations.
- Customer Service
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail sales environment.
- Work Setting
- Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Personal Qualities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic retail environment.
