Food Preparation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Food Preparation Specialist to join our team at RENZ - 2534136 ONTARIO INC. as a key member of our kitchen staff.
Key Responsibilities- Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
- Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, as well as portion and wrap foods for service.
- Supply Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
- Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and handle and store cleaning products.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that all food and beverages are prepared and presented to a high standard.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: Will train, or equivalent experience.
- Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
